Sao Tome e Principe
The newly refurbished building was to be the home of Blue Waters, a task force that would monitor and reduce the illegal fishing in the Gulf of Guinea. The building was to be staffed by people from Interpol, AFRICOM, and the US Embassy. It was also going to be the home of the São Tomé Navy, as the building is located on the coastline of the Gulf. (The coastline is on the side opposite of the street where the building is located). Unfortunately the project was abandoned after the initial design phase.
