Here you'll see some recent work by Chris Allen. 

 

First off is a new hockey arena for the Florida Quest.

Next is a newly refurbished building that be the home of Blue Waters, a task for that will attack the illegal fishing in the Gulf of Guinea. The building will be staffed by people from Interpol, AFRICOM, and the US Embassy. It will also be the home of the São Tomé Navy.

 

This building was previously the Angolan Embassy in São Tomé e Principé. It has been vacant and neglected.

 

São Tomé e Principéis a small island country located in the Gulf of Guinea along the western side of the African continent.

Next is a mixed-use project in the Cass Corridor of Detroit.

​

This is followed by a veterans housing project in northwest Detroit.  It is a 50-unit building that also contains supportive services.
