The Rathnaw is a proposed 6-story mixed-use building to be located in the Midwest-Tireman area of Detroit.  It is located at 5511 W. Warren, originally home to the local retailer Rathnaw Clothing that has a rich retail history in this neighborhood.  Five stories of senior housing will be located above commercial space on W. Warren Avenue.
